When we started Neuro Strength Australia, we looked to available training and exercise based interventions that could offer clients
a) strength-based programming to build resilience and autonomy in persons afflicted with neuro-degenerative disorders and
b) a safe, fun and enjoyable atmosphere where our clients can thrive as they work to their own capacities.
Not having found this approach or atmosphere in our area we made our own. We have created a space we are proud of that welcomes people with varying ages, capacity and mobility.
